Mini-Presentations (July 19)

On Day 5 you will give a very short (maximum 5 minutes!) presentation on an essential topic for teacher leaders. You may work alone or with a partner. These topics have been chosen for you because they cover material all language educators should know, and as leaders you may well be asked to share your expertise with other teachers.

Obviously, you have very little time to prepare and a limited amount of time to present. Use the Presentation Planning Organizer as a guide. You don’t need to include all the details, but should have a good outline.

Since you may want to expand on this presentation later, make notes of ideas you would like to incorporate but don’t have time for now. For example: “Find authentic document to support this point.” “Include pictures as illustration of the idea.”
